The AI operating system for multi-entity services businesses
Clear the app jungle.Run your businesses smarter.
One system across every company you run — sales, jobs, finance, payroll and support — and it bends to fit: describe a process in plain English and Allwis builds it. Core features live in one business day, guaranteed.
You didn't start a business to operate software. Allwis is the ally that lets you focus on what matters.
- Live in one business day
- We bring your books across, free
- AI that works across all business aspects
- Cloud when you want it, private when you need it
Why one platform
One system instead of a stack that fights you
Every tool you bolt together is another export, another reconciliation, another subscription, another thing that breaks. Allwis replaces the stack — so the friction, the manual work and the cost go with it.
Enter it once
Data flows proposal → job → timesheet → invoice → ledger automatically. No re-keying, no copy-paste between apps.
No reconciliation between tools
One ledger across every entity — no month-end spreadsheet stitching separate systems together, no "which number is right?"
Lower cost & overhead
Retire the CRM, the accounting tool, the payroll app and the helpdesk. One subscription, one bill, fewer integrations to maintain.
One source of truth
Sales, finance, jobs and support share the same records. Context follows each client across every module — nothing falls through the cracks.
Close faster, with less risk
AI drafts, audits and flags; a human approves. Month-end, consolidation and compliance move faster with fewer errors.
Scales with the group
Add an entity, a jurisdiction or a client and the whole system already knows how to consolidate it — no new tool, no rebuild.
One login for every company
Staff who work across two or three of your companies switch entity in a click — not a separate login, and not a separate subscription, for each one.
Group and entity, same numbers
Look at one company or the whole group from the same ledger. The consolidated view isn't a report someone rebuilds each month — it's the same data, rolled up with statutory rules applied.
Who it's for
Built for service and software businesses — and the builders who extend them
Whether you sell your people's time, sell software on a subscription, run an accounting practice, manage a group of entities and investors, or build on top of Allwis, the platform meets you where you are.
Service businesses
Any business whose product is its people's time — consultancies, agencies, engineering and design practices, trades and field-service operators. Win the work, deliver it, capture every hour, and bill it, without anything falling through the gaps between systems.
- Quote → schedule → deliver → invoice in one flow
- Every hour captured, costed and billable
- One view of the client, enquiry to final payment
Software & SaaS businesses
Companies whose revenue renews rather than clocks up by the hour — SaaS products, licensed software and platform businesses. The contract, the invoice, the recurring revenue and the ledger sit behind the same numbers, so ARR and the accounts can't quietly disagree.
- ARR as at any date, with a bridge that reconciles
- Revenue recognised in the period it's earned
- Recurring billing, retention and deferred revenue
Accounting firms
Accounting and bookkeeping practices running client work end to end. Client ledgers, compliance and payroll sit in the same system as the practice's own jobs, time and billing — so nothing has to be reconciled between two tools.
- Client proposals → jobs → timesheets → invoice
- Live job costing, WIP & utilisation
- AML/CTF, full AU & NZ payroll & compliance
Multi-entity groups & investors
Family offices, private equity, holding companies and agency groups running several entities at once. Provision a new entity top-down and consolidate the whole structure — and the portfolio — in minutes.
- One-click entity provisioning
- Intercompany elimination, FX & NCI
- Portfolio rollup & investor reporting
Developers & partners
Build modules, workflow nodes, and AI agents on a clean SDK — then publish to the Cultiver Marketplace, the app store where businesses discover and install Allwis extensions, and get paid. Allwis is the identity and data layer; Cultiver handles distribution and billing.
- Ship extensions to thousands of businesses
- Marketplace billing & revenue share
- Partner Program for app developers
Proof
We run our own group of companies on it.
Allwis isn't a demo we maintain alongside a real system — it is our real system. Axonda Group runs its accounting, its public websites, its bookings and its events on the platform, across multiple entities in one workspace. Don't take our word for it — kinvararetreat.com.au is a live business site served by Allwis.
Accounting
Multiple entities on one chart of accounts, with consolidated reporting across the group.
Websites & forms
Public sites served from the platform on their own custom domains.
Accommodation
Live availability, bookings and guest stays for an operating hospitality business.
Events & ticketing
Public event pages, capacity and ticket sales, settled straight into the ledger.
See it working. The same build we run on.
Screens from the Allwis demo tenant.
Allwis in under two minutes
What it replaces, and why one database underneath changes what the AI can answer. Watch on YouTube
Your whole business on one screen
The morning dashboard pulls every module together — revenue, pipeline, overdue invoices, open tasks and compliance — and AI insights tell you what to act on first. Click the screenshot to explore it full size.
Reconcile the bank in minutes
Import statements or connect your account, auto-match transactions, and let AI suggest the right account for whatever's left.
Quote → job → timesheet → invoice
Every job carries its tasks, budget and hours, so billing is one click — not a spreadsheet hunt.
THE SERVICE BUSINESS OPERATING SYSTEM
Win the work. Deliver it. Bill it.
Every stage of a service engagement — enquiry, proposal, delivery, time, invoice, support — runs on shared data, context and AI. One system, not a stack of disconnected apps.
Sales Pipeline
A drag-and-drop Kanban with enforced stage progression, full stage history, MRR tracking, and forecast categories.
AI Deal Scoring
Claude scores each deal and suggests the next step, so reps work the opportunities most likely to close.
AI Email Triage & Draft Replies
Claude summarises each inbound email, flags whether it needs a response, and drafts an editable reply — edit it and send straight from Allwis through your connected mailbox, or mark the email done or irrelevant to clear it off the list.
Quotes & Proposals
Template-driven proposals with public approval links that auto-generate an invoice — and optionally a job — the moment they're accepted.
Jobs & Costing
Job costing with phases and utilisation tracking, created straight from an accepted proposal. Group a job into phases with their own hours and fee budget, then invoice a whole job, a single phase, or just the tasks you pick — with progress billing that never double-bills a task and traces every line back to its task and phase. Work-in-progress — work delivered but not yet billed — surfaces as a dashboard metric that drills through to the unbilled jobs.
Timesheets
Time entry against jobs, with a submit-and-approve step before hours are billed and one-click time-to-invoice billing.
Raise a Job From a Won Deal
Not everything gets quoted. When a deal is won on a handshake, a renewal or a phone order, raise the job straight from it in one click — the title, notes, customer, contact and one-off value carry across, filed against the same entity the deal will be invoiced from. Work sold without a proposal still gets a job to book time to, and the deal shows every job delivering it whichever way it was raised.
Contractor Self-Billing
Set someone up as a contractor with their own pay rate, supplier record and expense account, and Allwis raises the bill you owe them from their approved hours — automatically on approval if you want it. Issued as a recipient-created tax invoice against the entity that owns the job, with the self-billing agreement and their tax registration recorded on it.
Unified Invoicing
Incoming and outgoing invoices in one table with a draft → approve → send → paid workflow and atomic payment recording.
Bank Reconciliation
CSV / OFX upload with AU/NZ bank-format detection plus the Wise API, reconciled against the ledger. Transfers between group entities post mirrored intercompany journals automatically, and a balance explainer breaks any statement-vs-ledger difference into named causes with guided fixes. Code a GST treatment as you reconcile — defaulted from the account, correctable after the fact, and split out to your GST accounts so it reaches the return. A printable Bank Reconciliation Summary shows ledger balance against imported statement balance as at any date.
AI Invoice Audit
Claude reviews incoming bills during approval and flags anomalies — it never silently changes amounts. Findings are AI-generated, so any of them can be re-run: ask for a fresh reading against the current bill, or against a different AI provider you've configured. Every run is kept with the model that produced it.
Multi-Entity Consolidation
FX translation, intercompany elimination and non-controlling interest, rolled up into one set of group reports.
PAYE / PAYG Payroll
Pay runs with PAYE/PAYG tax, KiwiSaver and Superannuation calculated for each employee.
STP Phase 2 Files
Build the ATO's STP Phase 2 pay event, update and finalisation files, ready to lodge through your registered gateway.
Leave & Pay Slips
Leave management, accruals and per-employee pay slips.
Employee Portal
A self-service portal where staff view pay slips, leave balances and timesheets. Link a team member's login to their payroll record and they go straight in from Allwis; contractors get the same portal with leave left out.
Form Builder
Drag-and-drop forms with seven starter templates that feed straight into the CRM.
Landing Pages
A visual landing-page editor with three templates and direct image uploads, published on public URLs. Drop in a pricing table, an FAQ accordion, a comparison table, tabbed sections or a logo strip without touching HTML.
Email Sequences
Multi-step sequences with branching and A/B testing.
Workflow Automation
A visual builder with ten action types to automate follow-up across the platform.
Ticket Management
Tickets with SLA timers, priority and assignees.
AI Triage & Reply Drafts
Claude prioritises and routes new tickets, and drafts a suggested reply — pulling from similar resolved tickets — for the agent to review and send.
Inbound Email Tickets
Customer emails become tickets automatically via the inbound webhook.
Customer Portal
A public, cookie-less portal where customers raise and track their own tickets — served at a clean per-business link and branded with that entity's name.
AML / CTF
Customer due diligence (KYC), risk rating, PEP & sanctions screening, ongoing monitoring and SMR/TTR reporting for AUSTRAC (AU) and DIA (NZ).
GST / VAT Returns
GST/VAT calculated through the ledger and produced as a filing-ready return, on a cash or accrual basis — with the basis stated on the return and its exports.
Director Penalty Exposure
For Australian entities: the unpaid PAYG withholding, GST and super guarantee charge that can be recovered from a director personally, separated into what can still be remitted by reporting it in time and what has already locked down. Shows the date each window closes and attributes every amount to the people who held office when it arose — including directors who have since resigned, and new directors who inherit an unpaid debt after 30 days.
Retrospective Entries
Every record carries the date you typed and the date it was written. This lists the ones where those disagree in a way that matters: an entry written into a period whose return was already lodged, or into a period that was already closed, or more than 90 days after the fact. Whether a period counted as locked is judged as at the day the entry was written, so ordinary catch-up bookkeeping stays quiet.

One data layer, one AI
Most platforms bolted AI onto a silo. Allwis was built the other way around.
Every module writes to the same data layer, so the AI isn't working with the screen you happen to be on — it's working across all aspects of the business. It briefs you each morning across every entity, with a 13-week cash flow. It audits an incoming bill against the purchase order it belongs to. It triages a support ticket already knowing who the client is. Ask your current vendors one question: how much of your business does their AI actually work with?
Concierge command bar
Press the Ctrl key twice, anywhere, and ask in plain English. The Concierge plans the steps, shows you exactly what it'll do, and only acts once you approve.
Deal scoring & forecasting
Scores every deal on engagement, profile fit, email sentiment, and stage velocity. Forecasts pipeline close probability weekly.
Invoice anomaly detection
Reviews every invoice against historical patterns and supplier norms. Flags duplicates, outliers, and suspicious entries for human review.
Commission review
Auto-calculates sales commissions against your rules, then presents an AI-reviewed summary for human approval before any payout.
Workflow AI steps
Drop AI-powered steps into any automation — classify leads, summarise tickets, draft emails, route to the right team, generate reports.
Email summaries & next steps
Reads email threads and surfaces key actions, blockers, and draft replies — attached to the deal or contact automatically via Outlook sync.
Support ticket triage
Classifies incoming tickets by product area, urgency, and sentiment. Suggests resolution paths and routes to the right team member.
Morning briefing
A written brief each morning across every entity — what moved, what needs a decision, and a 13-week cash flow view — instead of opening six dashboards to find out.
Bank reconciliation matching
Proposes the right bill or invoice for each bank transaction, with its reasoning, so reconciliation is a review rather than a hunt.
⛉ Governed by default.
Every AI call is logged with its model, latency and outcome. Any AI feature can be switched off per workspace, and personal data can be forced through masking before it is sent. On the decisions that touch money — invoice audits, commission reviews, bank matches — the AI proposes and a human approves; it never quietly adjusts a number.
Your data goes to an AI vendor only if you decide it does
Your clients' financial lives are your business, and your responsibility — so where the intelligence runs should be your call, not a condition of using the product. Choose the provider you already trust, task by task. Or run a private model inside your own network, and nothing is sent to a third party at all.
Cloud when you want it. Private when you need it.
Data stays in your environment
Run a local or self-hosted model and sensitive records are processed on your own servers — nothing is sent to a third party.
No external-provider exposure
Keep regulated, confidential or client data off external AI APIs entirely — eliminating a whole class of data-leak and compliance risk.
Never used for training
Your data is yours. It's never used to train Allwis's models or any external provider's models — full stop.
Right model for each task
Match capability to cost — a powerful cloud model for deep analysis, a fast local one for everyday automation.
EXTENSIBILITY · MARKETPLACE
Built to bend around how you work
No incumbent lets a small business reshape the platform itself. Allwis does — three ways.
Use what's built in
Deeply integrated modules sharing data, context and AI out of the box.
Extend by prompt
Describe a workflow, dashboard or report in plain English and Allwis builds it and runs it.
- No tickets
- No waiting on engineering
Install from the marketplace
Add industry packs, integrations and extensions in one click from the Cultiver Marketplace — or publish your own and get paid.

Evaluation is a 30-day full-feature trial, no card required — and setup, including bringing your books across from the system you use now, is done with you at no charge on any plan.
WORKS WITH
It fits the tools you already use
Multi-entity & consolidation
Run a whole group of companies as if it were one business
Most platforms make you stitch separate accounts together with spreadsheets at month-end. Allwis treats the group as a first-class structure — spin up a new entity top-down, trade between them, and consolidate the full picture in minutes — across Australian, New Zealand, US and UK entities, with AU & NZ compliance built in at every level.
Top-down entity provisioning
Add a new company and Allwis builds its full chart of accounts, tax setup, and defaults from the group template in one click — no manual rebuild per entity.
Intercompany trading & elimination
Bill, loan, and transfer between entities. At consolidation, matching intercompany balances and revenue are eliminated automatically so the group isn't double-counted.
FX translation & unrealised profit deferral
Mixed-currency groups translate to the parent's reporting currency. Profit on inventory or assets transferred between entities is deferred until it leaves the group.
Non-controlling interests & ownership weighting
Part-owned subsidiaries split correctly between the parent and minority holders, with net profit attributed by ownership share.
Portfolio & investor layer
Roll entities into a portfolio, track investor capital accounts — contributions and distributions — and report ownership-weighted net assets across the structure.
One ledger, every view
Drill from a consolidated group report straight down to a single entity, account, or transaction — no exports, no reconciliation between systems.
Ready for AUSTRAC Tranche 2 — in force since 1 July 2026
AML/CTF compliance, built in
Australia's Tranche 2 reforms brought accountants, bookkeepers and tax agents under the AML/CTF Act on 1 July 2026 — and NZ accountants are already captured under the AML/CFT Act. Allwis gives your practice the whole programme in one place, sitting right next to the client records and ledgers you already keep. Allwis flags and drafts — a human always decides. Screening and reporting never auto-act.
Customer due diligence (KYC)
Onboard clients with identity verification and beneficial-ownership capture for companies, trusts and partnerships — every check kept on a retained audit trail.
AI risk rating
Scores each client low / medium / high against structure, jurisdiction, PEP exposure and screening hits, with a written rationale. The officer confirms the rating.
PEP & sanctions screening
Screens clients and beneficial owners against PEP, sanctions and adverse-media lists through an integrated provider — and falls back to manual review, never a silent pass.
Ongoing monitoring
Re-screens clients automatically on a risk-based review cadence — high-risk far more often than low — and alerts the compliance officer the moment a match surfaces.
SMR & threshold reporting
Raise and track Suspicious Matter Reports and Threshold Transaction Reports (cash ≥ $10,000), ready to lodge with AUSTRAC (AU) or the FIU via goAML (NZ).
AML/CTF program & AMLCO
Hold your written Part A risk assessment and Part B procedures, designate your AML Compliance Officer, and keep the program on a scheduled review.
AT A GLANCE
Built for how service businesses actually run
QUESTIONS
Before you ask
How long until we're running on it?
Core features — CRM, jobs, proposals, timesheets, portals, website and forms, helpdesk and AI invoicing — go live on day one, with your books opened. Bank reconciliation, tax and payroll are onboarded properly straight after. If we can't get the core live in one business day, we do the setup ourselves at no charge.
Do we have to move everything at once?
No. You can bring one part across and leave the rest where it is. The usual first move is finance or CRM, because those are the two that carry history worth migrating.
Which AI model does it use?
Whichever you choose, per task and per organisation — Claude, GPT or Gemini in the cloud, or a self-hosted model (Llama, Mistral, Qwen) running inside your own network, in which case no business data leaves your environment. Your data is never used to train our models or any provider's.
Can it handle several companies?
That is what it is built for. Provision a new entity top-down from a group template, trade between entities, and consolidate the group with intercompany elimination, FX translation and non-controlling interests applied — across Australian, New Zealand, US and UK entities. Staff who work across companies switch entity in a click rather than holding a separate login and subscription for each.
Is payroll included?
Yes — Australian and New Zealand payroll: PAYE/PAYG, KiwiSaver and Superannuation, leave and pay slips, and the ATO's STP Phase 2 files ready to lodge through your gateway. Each plan includes a number of payroll employees; beyond that it is charged per employee.
What about AML/CTF?
Australia's Tranche 2 reforms brought accountants, bookkeepers and tax agents under the AML/CTF Act on 1 July 2026, and NZ accountants are already captured. The whole programme sits next to the client records and ledgers you already keep: customer due diligence, AI risk rating a human confirms, PEP and sanctions screening, ongoing monitoring, and SMR/TTR reporting to AUSTRAC or via goAML.
Run your service business — or build the next thing on it
Bring your accounting across, get your core features live in one business day, and run the whole group on one platform. Building on Allwis? The Partner Program is how developers and software companies publish to the Cultiver Marketplace.
Australian-hosted · AU & NZ compliance included
